will new rubber mats stain floor?

Got a bunch of the rubber horse stall mats from Rural King. They are laid out on my patio now to get some sun and get rid of the smell. I was wondering about stains though. If I lay the mats on wood flooring, will it stain the floor over time?

I Bought A Dynavec Gluteator And I Love It

If you follow the Cost No Object threads, you may have seen that in the Glutes category, there was only one machine listed - The Gluteator from I caught the "I Need A Best Of The Best" fever while following those threads, and with a budget set aside...

Tonal Gym Electro magnetic resistance sounds promising. Only 200 lbs of resistance and $3000 to review. They claim it can imitate chains.

Question Ab Wheel - Favorites and Recommendations

Hey guys, I'm looking at buying an ab wheel (from Amazon) for use at home. Anyone here have any thoughts on the selection? Any that you love or any you've had issues with? I could care less about the extras included alongside the wheel. Honestly, I just don't want to spend $50 or more on it, but...

What equipment do you want but can't or won't get?

For a while I've wanted Watson Poliquin dumbbell handles, but the cost to purchase and import them to the US puts them out of reach for me. I'm not even sure they are worth the price in the UK but they look pretty sweet. What's on your...

What are some of the more versatile home gym options out there?

Hey all, Thanks for the help thus far. I currently have a bench, barbell, plates, powerblock dumbbells, lat pulldown/row, dip bars, 20/24/30" box, rower, and a platform, and I am awaiting my power rack. I don't intend to make any more big purchases in the near future as I (and moreso my...

Auction in MI for older weight equipment

Not sure how many fellow Michiganders are out there, but there is an online auction for some older weight lifting equipment if anyone is interested. To me it looks like a bunch of old "junk", but figured I would post this in case someone sees something of interest. The first couple pages have the...

Fitness Wearables - Apple Watch vs Whoop

Going down the road and looking into buying one. I know the accuracy of these types of items can be in question but like a faulty scale, while the initial weight might be right, if used probably you can track progress fairly well. From my initial research the Whoop sheerly as a fitness apparatus...

Ideas for fastening a squat rack to platform

I am going to be fastening my new Titan squat rack to the plywood platform I built years back, and honestly, I'm kind of lost on how to go about this. The setup is indoors (in a carpeted bedroom) and I'm going to try leaving the platform where it is. It is simply a sheet of 3/4" plywood (which...

Atlantis Standing Preacher Weight Horns

Just got a good condition standing preacher(above) for $175 CAD so I'm pretty excited to replace my seated one. I noticed that there were 4 holes in the frame and after looking at pictures online, I noticed that my bench is missing the plate horns. Now I don't need Atlantis horns, if another...

Rack-Based Calf Work Equipment?

Is there any equipment one can add to a rack that helps you do calf work? I don't have room for a dedicated calf raise machine at home. I saw some attachment on a random youtube video that looked like a 3 foot long by 3" wide and maybe 1" thick piece of smooth metal that had a slight angle to...

UHMW Lining on Rack Attachments? Needed or Unnecessary?

I have a few attachments, some from Rogue, some from Ghost Strong and Sorinex. Most of them have UHMW lining on the inside of the attachment as it interfaces with the rack itself. The Ghost Strong roller cups are super tight UHMW on there making a snug fit that's difficult to move. The other...
