Help identify this bar

To avoid overloading it, I'd like to identify and determine the load limit of this 6-ft, 14-lb bar. If I remember correctly, it's about 51-inches between the inside collars. Thanks in advance.

Thumbs down Titan Lat Pulldown Price

Have been curious with this unit for a while.. However, with our current situation with supply / demand, the price has gone from 999 to 1099 to 1299 and still not available. Guessing they either get some in and sell quick or have just been out. Also, given the free shipping and fairly consistent...

Help identify rack and bar...

I purchased these on the cheap when a guy moving sold off all his weight equipment he apparently had set up for the local HS football team in his large shop. The rack was two hundred, the bar fifty and the plates fifty cents a pound...I kinda went overboard. Anyway the rack has holes for an...

Highest quality Dumbbells?

Hi guys, decided to sign-up for the forum here looking to cut some major covid weight off. I'm looking for a couple of pairs of dumbbells, price isn't an issue (trying to invest in my health). Doing some search I see couple of of the Eleiko's and Hamptonfit are in stock even though they are quite...

New Rae Crowther Adj Bench

Rae Crowther came out with a new adj bench. I guess they did away with their version of the old Nebula adjustable bench. The thing I like best about this bench is the 17" height. Home>BENCHES>VARSITY 0-90 BENCH WITH...

Rogue monster/ Rep 5000 bolts

I'm tired of searching, seriously thought this info would be super easy to find. Where the hell can these bolts be purchased? All I know is they're 1" diameter and 5.5 inches long with a 1.5" hex head..... but when I search this, the world of bolts kicks me in the face.

Pipe to buy for standard oly collars - DIY dumbbell

I've been trying to convince myself to order a Rogue loadable dumbbell handle, but the price is pretty steep for my use. Considering I mostly just want to do pullovers and don't need a knurled handle, I'm thinking DIY might work fine. If possible, I'd like to use standard olympic collars, which...

Are these plates any good?

There is a local small gym liquidating their equipment, which I bought some pieces. I saw the plates in the pictures below while I was there but didn't purchase them, as I am not familiar with the manufacturer of the plate (Power Systems and X Training Equipment) or the style of the plate either. ...

Help Attaching UHMW to Spotter Arms with Screws

I had to get some custom spotter arms made and they didn't come with UHMW strips on top. I ordered some UHMW and cut them to size myself. I drilled three holes in the UHMW strip and used those holes as a pilot/guide to drill holes on the top of my spotter arm. Not sure what happened, but the...

Who Makes Good Rack-Mounted Dumbbell Spotter Cradles?

I'd like some dumbbell cradles, maybe spotter is the wrong term. I picked up some Rogue loadable dumbbells and they hold up to 135 pounds each. I can't press 135 pounds yet, or anywhere near that and I'm old so I want to avoid injury. My idea is for a rack mounted device that I can load the first...

What kind of rubber mat should I choose for deadlifts? Is 15mm thick enough?

I have a small home gym on the second floor of my house, it's a granite floor. I've been doing 70 KG (154 pound) deadlifts (3 sets of 15 reps), I want to buy a rubber mat before increasing the weights on deadlift. I have weights that add up to 150 KG (330 Pounds). I don't plan to lift more than 330...

Creating a home gym in my basement. One of the rooms used to be a bedroom, so it has carpet down and I plan to make it my gym room. The carpet is soft, but somewhat firm. Will this work? Or is this a no no? Should I plan to get interlocking mats?

"Again Faster" power racks? UK

Just got a fresh house but since I'm in the UK I'm stuck with a measly 5m x 2.5m garage to turn into the gym. Since we don't need it for the car or much else I'm looking at getting a smallish power rack with a "spud" style pulley and 6ft bar against the back wall (can move to a 7ft bar for...

Thumbs up RESTORATION: Ivanko Pro-Style Rubber Dumbbells. (( IvankoBarbellCo Where are you? ))

I bought these 5-100 dumbbells in 5lb increments at a great price due to the condition, and I want to semi-restore them. I believe they are older models because the handle feels to be 27mm. I do not want to put too much money into them because I might flip them down the road for a profit, but for...

First off, though it may appear to be, this is NOT an advertisement. Just got an email about this product called a 'Stand Strong', and it looks interesting to me (as someone who's squat form sucks royally). It's described as a 'Sling Shot for the Squat', and is designed to give additional...

will new rubber mats stain floor?

Got a bunch of the rubber horse stall mats from Rural King. They are laid out on my patio now to get some sun and get rid of the smell. I was wondering about stains though. If I lay the mats on wood flooring, will it stain the floor over time?
