550x4 sleeves @226 (last set of Smolov intense)

This was my 3rd set of 4 with 550 and last set of the Smolov Intense phase. This was my worst set of the day cutting a couple a tad short but I had to dig deep to even step in the rack for this one. Post Smolov deadlift, 675@226

Was concerned about not deadlifting for 9 weeks. Felt pretty decent, back felt fresh. The 675 didn't feel as easy as pre Smolov but surprised it was as easy as it was, caught me off guard. 500x1 from/depth check

I realize that alot of my heavy squats have been just a tad high so I am really working on hitting depth on every rep. Here is a vid from today of 500x1. If you pause it right as it turns to 49 seconds does it look like I hit proper depth? I know it isn't the best camera angle but I think I'm low...

Floor Press 365x1, 380 x fail

First time in a squat suit (705 attempt)

Skills evaluation

Squat For the metric impaired. 90% 363 lbs 100% 407lbs 100% 407 lbs +11lbs 418 lbs D-1krvPitkQ I have been having a fair bit of trouble getting to depth, I think the only one that would pass is the last squat.
