Matt Baller hits IPF World Record Standard, 550 lbs Bench Press

Deadlift PR 765 at USPF Hilbilly Classic

210kg(463lb) Bench @ 106kg(233lb)

Been following modified version of Spoto's 6 week bench program for the past 12 weeks. Had some really good gains. Had to modify it because last time I tried it once getting into week 5/6 and doing 5 sets of triples at max weight was too taxing on the muscles/joints. Kept it at 3 sets of triples...
