225 x 19 bench(music warning) dont want to get no one in trouble with the music if your at work I did this after DE day on the bench...nothing special at all. 485 x 3 x 3 Deadlift Not quite a PR for me, but I was happy with these sets. I'll post the first and last sets. You can see I significantly slowed down on the last one. Any help/tips are much appreciated. Still getting used to not using straps - the chalk is definitely a MAJOR help. Flat bench 296x5 lost my groove on the 5th rep lulz and this is where i make excuses. 1. my bench is higher than ones at the gym, = less leg drive 2. my feet slip all over when trying to leg drive, because where they want to be, the power rack is. 3. forgot my belt :P <object width="425"... 225 Power Clean at 150 Pounds I was doing them earlier in the day, so I went in after school so I could get a vid of my new PR. 245 Bench Press @ 147 Lbs (Southern Nevada Bench Press Championships) Figured I'd post it here too. My first ever competition - I took 4th place. 405x9 squat This was my last set from today and I would have gotten 10 at least but got off track with rep #7. For some reason I kind of sat in the hole for a second and then at the top lost my balance. Never made vid before - Some heavy ass front squats and back squats. ATG today my squats consisted of 3 x 5 back squat with 315, and 2 x 5 front squat with 275. finally had a way to record it, so I'm going to enjoy proving all the doubters wrong. on the first set I didn't realize the camera was aimed so high, but the rest seem okay. back squats:...
