Cool female bodybuilder deadlifts 242lbs

i am doing deadlifts only a month and can lift 242lbs..started squating 100lbs 8reps this week and bench 100 6 reps..i weigh 153lbs now ..any tips for me please.. angie

Squat Fail : where did it go wrong??

okay, had ME squats today, goal was 365, but i managed to fail on something between 345 and 355, i have my own thoughts on why, but im just looking for some objective opinions I am planning to go with 345 as my opener in 2 weeks, i am still confident I can do that easily - 2 weeks ago I got 337...

First meet

lifted in the 198's. ki-q0rNX6vc Got 465 on DL and 270 on bench on the next meet which was two weeks after. Learned a lot, and it was a ton of fun.. although only powerlifters will understand the amount of adrenaline going through you before you go for a big lift.

Squat vid

Whats your thoughts? Still too much knee drift or? This is a bit closer stance than what I have been doing for a PL squat. I think with a PL squat my back stays a little more upright. Next time I squat I will record it. gAEP8dLhCM8
