305lbs x 1 Squat @ 154lbs BW

blgOXNiBBGA this is my post-Smolov max i'm chronically injured, so I'm pretty fortunate this summer that I've been injury-free for the most part and have finally broken 300. my goal was to get 315lbs at summer's end, which means I have 3 weeks to do it. wish me luck!

Vid of my first push-pull meet

1st PL meet ever. Technically I hit a 5lb PR with 285 bench press, but it's been a while, and I could CCBP 300 about two weeks ago, so it doesn't really count. I have the strength to push that 315 for sure, but the bar just had to lean forward. For the DL, my previous PR was 425x1 two weeks ago...
