First ever Powerlifting Meet - 1116.5 lb total 83 kg weight class

[Meet Report] IPF Classic World Championships - Salo, Finland (858 @ 170.93 | 465.64

Background and Training I currently train 5x a week, squatting MWF, benching MWF, and deadlifting TR. My diet consists of mostly red meat. Very high protein and fat with lower carbohydrate intake (~150g/day). This is for no other reason than personal preference. High fat makes me feel really good....
