630lb Deadlift in training @ 242

Finally broke the 600lb barrier hitting a 285kg/630lb deadlift in training. This time last year my 1rm was roughly 220 having never focused on them due to a back injury. Did a seminar with Ed Coan last year and took on a coach, cleaned up my form, strengthened my back (slowly) and now I'm here.

2 Huge PRs after 2 months of DUP
