New workout for the year

Something along these lines.. Day 1 - Chest/Tricep Day 2 - Back/Bi Day 3 - Shoulders/abs Day 4 - Rest Day 5 - Chest/Tri Day 6 - Back/bi Day 7 - Shoulders/abs Day 8 - Rest then repeat
