New workout for the year

Something along these lines.. Day 1 - Chest/Tricep Day 2 - Back/Bi Day 3 - Shoulders/abs Day 4 - Rest Day 5 - Chest/Tri Day 6 - Back/bi Day 7 - Shoulders/abs Day 8 - Rest then repeat

O/T About this section.

Put your workout logs in here, not just links to them. Just like the AAS/over35/female/fat-loss forums have their own sections for journals we now have it as well. The idea came from supersamjew, and I talked to Ryan about it. Everyone should thank supersam for this. /me pretending to mod
