Need help with setting up a workout plan

basicly I play high school basketball I am playing in the aau league right now and would like to get faster and more strength. I am 5 foot 7 1/2 weight 137 and I play guard if that helps. I want to work on explosiveness and strength and cardio also thanks in advance.
