Training back twice a week, 5-day split?

My workout split is a 5 day on 2 day off with: Sunday-Back Monday-Chest Tuesday-Legs Wednesday-Shoulders Thursday-either a modified back (Rowing focus) day or arms Friday-Off Saturday-Off Should arms have a day all to themselves, or should I incorporate arms into a major body part day?
