So I am 15 and just started weight lifting and need help fixing my workout.. Just add stuff to what you think i should do. Any help would be good! Before every work out I do abs. Saturday-Legs Squats right after 1 mile pace 7:30 Repeat. Hamstrings. Sunday-Glutes/lowerback/ 2 leg press
