Indoor "Strongman" training My throwing/stone lifting day got weathered out today so I had an idea: take a plate loaded kettlebell handle like this http://www.newyorkbarbells.com/im-0310.html take a bunch of 45lbs plates (I managed to get 5 on securely) and lift away to your hearts content. It's Goose season! I just took the dog for a walk by a pond that's near the house. We rounded a corner and came right up on a nesting hen! She was up off that nest with a quickness! How'd I do dat? Yesterday I'm doing Cleans. Worked up to 85kg (187lbs) and missed twice, got pissed and decided to try again.
