Went on the backroads exploring around.Wanted to see how much road construction they're doing towards the direction i drive to my job,as well as see exactly where the alternate routes to my job are located.I ate a pretty good meal before taking the ride and it definately paid off as i was sprinting...

Alright, my dad is 40 years old and he wants to start working out and lifting weights again to get in the shape he was before. But the problem is that he has a torn tendon or pinched nerve, i think its the second. i told him to rest it and take some supplements that would help him recover from it....

Hello im going to be moving and was checking out gyms in the area. Went to a planet fitness 20 bucks a month for full membership. But not much in weights db's only went to 65 lbs and no benches for bench press. Checked out a golds nice place plenty of weights but 20 miles away. And 40 plus a month....

Help on workout routines for those of us over 40, that now realize that we do not recover as quickly. Any one still able to make strength and size gains without working out 5 times a week?

Woo hoo! I thougt my gains were all in my head but nope. He said damn look at your arms what the hell have you been doing? Answer: working out lifting heavy weight, low reps, cut out cardio and eating more. Eight lbs later lol,,,he says by looking at me most of it is muscle. He's a bodybuilder too...
