hi there I am a 50s Wirral guy, seeking male freinds/companions for gym workouts and help in MOTIVATION, around my area, after a recent back opereration,(slipped disc) I am unemployed at the moment, so most times/days i would be available for meets etc.

I can move a lot of weight, do 2+ hour marathon workouts that would put guys half my age out of commision, and I always considered myself a pretty damn strong man.... until last week. My wife's oldest son (27) from before we met), has been gaining weight pretty steadily for the past 2 years....
