So I just found out I'm officially NSCA certified!!!

sorry for gloating, I was a little worried walking out of there. It only took me a little over 2 hours even after looking over it twice. Anyways, I feel like a lot of weight was lifted off of my shoulders, and my 300 some odd dollars went to good use lol.

Recruiting Clients

So I had an internship this spring, which was my last semester of college. Which certification can I get while still in high school?? (Age 18)

I was looking at NSCA and it seems like they only offer it to those in college already, I wanted to get certified before my senior year is up. I am at the end of my junior year right now. I'd like to have a good job while in college/summer after senior year. Is this possible?

When should SPLIT ROUTINES be used?

More specifically, when do we use a 2-, 3-, and 4-day split routine? (i.e., Monday is chest/back, Wednesday is Legs/Abs, etc.) Are there any advantages in using one over the other?
