Training Clients in a Public gym

So I'm planning on training clients in my college's public facility. Students and Faculty have free memberships, and the public pays a very reasonable fee. I plan on training mostly, if not only, students and faculty in the gym. Are there any legal issues that I should be worried about here?

Can you PT without a cert?

Basically give info on lifting, nutrition, cardio, etc.... Would you be good so long as a waiver is signed? Would this be more like consulting? Thanks!

sorry for gloating, I was a little worried walking out of there. It only took me a little over 2 hours even after looking over it twice. Anyways, I feel like a lot of weight was lifted off of my shoulders, and my 300 some odd dollars went to good use lol.
