Is ballys necessary ?

Seems to be a catch 22. Experience helps you get clients but you need clients to get experience. Is it possible to go from Certification to Independent or do you need to make your bones at a corporate gym first?

Looking To Get ACE Certified

Everything I see online is very expensive for study guides, I figure with the knowledge I have already that buying these expensive guides might be a waste? Does anyone know what the test is based on or of any helpful study guides that are either free or don't cost a couple hundred dollars?

a quick and easy CERT just to get you started

try NESTA. It's a weekend workshop and at the end of the 2nd day, they administer the test. And though you definitely would need a more thorough cert to really be a good trainer, I definitely learned a great deal.

Question about arching your back

Hi everyone, i was reading another post and they advise that we should arch our back whenever we do benching. I am studying NASM book and the book says that never arch your back and keep it straight? I am confused here. Which one is right? should we arch our back or not when we bench?
