What benefit does a masters degree in Kinesiology have over a bachelor's?

If I get a bachelor's degree I could get cscs certified, but if I got a masters degree what additional advantages would that give me?

Smile Starting a Powerlifting Class at my Gym

Just got hired at a Gold's Gym location, currently training for a powerlifting meet. Owner suggested that I start a powerlifting class, which I think would be awesome. I was thinking of doing 3 classes per week 1 focusing on the squat, 1 on the Bench, and 1 on the Deadlift. What do you guys think?
