becoming a coach

I played soccer for 13 years and would love to be a coach for a soccer team. What qualifications are needed at various levels? elementary and high school? Would a CSCS suffice? What kind of pay do these coaches make?

Which cert gave you the biggest increase in hourly rate at a commercial gym?

I just got a job as a PT at my gym and at our gym one of the factors that determine hourly rate is your certs... So I was wondering, for those of you that work at commercial chain gyms, were there certain certs that they gave you more hourly than others?
