What is the easiest certification to get for PT?

I did NASM, but I breezed through the studies at a very busy time in my life, and i failed the final exam. Someon told me that NASM is one of the most difficult certifications to get, especially for a first timer. I know there are other ones out there, but what is the least difficult to get?

Many people have different goals they are looking to achieve. How does a client go about the process of finding the right trainer? How can someone new to working out/fitness understand what they can look for? Thanks for any help you can provide!
