8 weeks to get squat up

What do you guys recommend for someone wants to get their squat up as much as possible? Current squat 275-280. I'm 170 lbs, 5 ft 9 and 30 years old, around 18% body fat. Thanks, I figured to ask here because you guys do this for a living. Any help is appreciated.

Just failed the NASM:CPT exam

Scored 4% away from passing, probably because I went back and changed some of my answers. The exam was a lot different than what I was expecting, they asked me a ton of questions about client relations (which I studied the least) and hardly anything about exercises or muscles! There were a...

Some questions about dealing with clients

1. Is it sort of a plagiarism if you prescribe well-known programs by other coaches/trainers like Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength, or Bill Starr 5x5, or something like that? If not, is it a good way to start off with clients that wants to learn the lifts, and improve strength and size? I think...

What the hell is a "wellness coach??"

I keep seeing postings online looking for trainers for something called "wellness coaches" pulling in $1000-$5000 a month. The money is obviously a ploy, but any info I find online says this might be related towards Herbalife. Does anyone here promote Herbalife or do these kinds of things? I've...
