Question regarding small group exercises

I will be training 2 women for the first time next week. I've never done more than 1-on-1 training. Can anyone provide some good, hard exercises that are appropriate for two individuals...or any other advice that I could use when dealing with 2 clients? Thanks so much.

Smile ProPTA Certification

I highly suggest looking into the ProPTA academy for certification. All of the class time and clinic time is taught by IFBB pro body builders and fitness competitors. I learned so much in such a short time, and the time spent with the trainers in the gym while working with their clients was...

Real Tales From the University Gym

So there I was... I was working out this afternoon at my university's gym. A staff member (also one of the 'trainers') came up to me and asked if I could lift 100 lbs. I thought maybe he was trying to pitch me a sale, so I told him I eat 100 lbs weights for breakfast. He said, "Ok, cool, can...
