Suggestions for bodyweight lower body exercises?

I'm looking for some new lower body exercises and circuits for some of my clients. I'm primarily looking for suggestions that are purely bodyweight exercises and that don't involve jumping, or being on the ground on the knees. I'll take any suggestions though! Thanks.

try this the next time you finish early and have some time to kill

Sometimes I'll finish a work out sooner than expected so I like to throw in a tabata interval to fill up the time. If anyone's not familar w/it, Tabata is 20 seconds of as many reps as possible followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 times. bodyweight squats are a killer You...

I've called it a resume because I think that's what you Americans call is, but we tend to call it a CV over here. ;-) So ok, help me out if you've ever hired people, tell me what you're looking for. I'm writing my CV because of actually qualifying as a gym instructor and I'm looking for...

Getting certified...

Just a quick question on getting certified. So if I want to get certified, lets say the NASM cert., I would just go to order the CPT standard package, study the material and then take the test and that's it? Dumb question I know.

Client has Lymes disease

My client took on a big program. She does conditioning, endurance and power based movements similar to crossfit. She also is training for a half marathon. I've never dealt with this before and have no idea what it entails and how to train with it.
