Question No results = No resign?

Do you think the #1 reason people don't resign with a trainer, is because they're not seeing results? Even though, they will say "yes i notice a huge difference". I think they say that to not hurt the trainers feelings, basically saying "you suck" nicely

Online personal training.

I want to expand my services and offer online training. However, I'm not sure how to go about this or what to charge. Do I just prescribe a routine and check up with them? Do they email me back the weight and reps? How much do you charge for online training?

why does one crave sugar after a workout? what causes this? I would really appreciate a scientific answer with as much detail as you know. I figure it has something to do with the glycogen your muscles lose during the workout, but not really sure. I will rep for help with this. thanks guys.
