What's a good low coordination required whole body exercise?

Squat into a press as one example.

Anyone freelancing?

Just curious to see if anyone is freelancing/training independent outside a gym and how much are you earning? I am in the process of getting strength/conditioning certification and was wondering if anyone is doing anything like what Joe Defranco does.

In-home personal training. Which type?

If you had to choose between going to client's homes and training them with portable exercise equipment or have them come to your home since you already have a decent home gym set up that you can easily turn into a home studio, which would be a better choice? I thought of a few cons and pros...

Post How many of you immediately found work after getting your cert w/o college?

Say, within a few weeks post certification. With no post-highschool training, only the cert. I'm interested in the job-availability.

Kinesiology and Health Science majors/graduates

I am considering applying to York University as a mature student to study Kin/Health. The process is a little different for me since they mostly base their decision on what I've done outside of the classroom as opposed to grades. I was not a slacker; my reasons for dropping out of high school were...

Payment, packages, deals etc

Okay, not sure if this has been discussed. In short, how do you get paid? 1) I am assuming most people sell "packages". if so, how do u set that up? Are you giving a discount for larger packages? 2) If they buy a large package, lets say 50 sessions, do they have to pay that all at once or...
