Lawsuit against personal trainer

Here is the case: Considering the growing trend of obesity, even among young people, sports and recreation programs will continue to be faced with training and offering services to the out-of-shape individual. To what extent is a duty owed to protect someone who has not worked out for a long...

Just passed my NASM CPT exam!

Clients training unsupervised

Hi- would like some facts and opinions on giving clients keys to a small personal training gym, giving them a workout with weights/equipment, and letting them do the workout unsupervised. Liability issues? Trusted clients and Trainer is unavailable to supervise at the time they want to train.

Whats apps or websites do you use to help make your life easier.

Im mainly using MyFitnessPal for day to day calorie tracking but they don't seem to have great features for collaboration with clients. Which apps or websites do you find really helpful, or is there anything missing which you think would be cool?
