An average how long did it take you to complete the test to get certified? Are there only scheduled days for the exam?

Training Question Something Something

Tired of seeing "constipation" every time I go to the main page. So, old lady (over 40), novice and haven't really run a novice progression. Don't want a program that requires a lot of machines because the gym I like better doesn't have that many. Fierce 5 vs. All Pro, looks like faster...

Affordable cecs for recertification

Does anyone know of any affordable/cheap cec sources? What organization are you certified through and how much does it usually cost you to recertify? I know there are many options and specialty certs, but where are the affordable ones for when it's not time to specialize?

Anyone ever worked at a gym in NYC (Crunch, NYSC, etc.)?

Hey, guys. Any of you guys ever trained down in an NYC gym? The memberships for some of those gyms are expensive as hell. I'm assuming that the members are kinda rich, then. They're probably more likely to get into training, too. Anyone wanna tell me how wrong I am?

How are most trainers acquiring individual clients?

How do I handle clients while transitioning gyms?

I might start working at a new gym soon, so how does it work with the clients at my current gym? Some of them have sessions far in advance, so I can't really give just a two weeks notice because they wouldn't get refunds; I have to finish with them. Are new gyms accommodating in terms of...
