Question How long does Equinox take to get back to candidates?(Or how long is 24-48 hours...?)

Hey, guys. So, I had a group interview at Equinox on Thursday, and they said they'd get back to us in 24 to 48 hours, which would've been Friday or Saturday. It's Monday, and I haven't received an email, call, etc. Now, I KNOW companies love rejecting people, so they definitely would've already...

Best exercises to activate chest muscles?

I have a client who is having a really hard time activating her chest muscles. I've had her try variations of bench/dumbbell press, floor press, and chest flies with absolutely no luck. I'm hoping someone has some suggestions or input? Thanks!

Question What should I expect from a group interview at Equinox?

Hey, guys. My last post was asking whether I should work at a YMHA or an Equinox. Well, I'm gonna do both. I start at the YMHA next-next week, and I just had an interview with an Equinox in NYC today. They want me to attend a group interview next week, so I'm assuming they like me enough. What...

Exclamation NASM or ACE Certification

What separates a NASM certification from others like ACE, other than price? It's seems with just taking a quick look, that ACE is half the price and the certifications are basically the same.
