Question Fitness Mentors for ACE Good?

Has anyone bought Fitness Mentors ACE study guide and audio lectures? I know FM is mainly focused on NASM but was wondering if people bought the ACE lectures and study guide. Is the ACE version good or bad?

Has anyone had clients invest in their own gym?

I was recently told by two clients of mine they would be willing to invest in a small personal training gym if I decided to open one. (These are people who do extremely well for themselves.) Space would be no more than 2,000 square feet. Have any of you had a client invest in your fitness...

Trouble training Indian clients.

I hate to create this topic but I'm feeling pretty desperate. My gym is still in the New Years resolution rush and I'm getting waves of Indian clients. You'd think this wouldn't matter but it seems they all share similar traits which is making training them problematic. 1.They have extremely...

Independent contractor and tax questions

Client feels nauseous after push ups and planks

This is a first for me. I've had clients feel nauseous from a tough leg day, or conditioning workouts. Never from doing push ups or planks. Pretty much any time he's in that type of position he'll feel it come up. I'm not having him go real hard either. It usually occurs mid set. It's a gentleman...

Lawsuit against personal trainer

Just passed my NASM CPT exam!

I think that if an average person took it they'd get maybe 5 questions out of knowledge (even if they work out). For people taking it soon, make sure that you HIGHLIGHT every single number in the book, the questions get specific. Also make sure you know every column on page 169 (the low back arch,...
