Constant DOMS Client Over 50

I have been doing quite a bit of research trying to determine whether this is a "normal" enough reaction or if it's something my client should be concerned about. Agility...?

To improve agility, do you think that dribbling a basketball in a very small area, doing fancy dribbles like between the legs and behind the back while running back and forth a few feet and transitioning from one dribble move to the next at a very fast pace would improve agility/footwork? I'm also...

Anyone know exactly what 0.5 ± 0.50 kcal·min-1 means

What is this in layman's terms? The negative one is a power of minute by the way. It was not copied correcty. so basically "minute to the power of -1" is what it actually looks like. Tks
