Overdeveloped lats and traps

I have overdeveloped these muscles and its giving me forward shoulders and a bad posture. I'm consciously trying to push my shoulders back now. I've read somewhere that I should stretch my chest more and work my mid back and rhomboids. Are there any good exercises to counteract this?
