Tennis Elbow/Forearm Strain

I feel a tiny bit of pain when I flex my left forearm and when I twist it. I'm pretty sure its from doing pullups (Palms facing away). And advice on how I should take care of it? Do I have to rest it and if so for how long? Or is this something to just work through?

NPTI in comparrison to regular certification?

So these days theres a million different ways to get certified but what is the best? NPTI offers hands on training and in my opinion puts a much better trainer out there. What are your opinons? Looking for answers from people who do the hiring not people who are looking to get hired.
