Any Bodybuilding coaches in Ocala?

I am pretty versed but have never done a show before. I need to cut and would be 24 weeks out or so I don't know. Just wondering if there is anyone out there who has competed and won before that I can learn from. Ocala area.

MyFitnessPal greatly overestimates how many calories are burned in a workout, right?

I completed an hour of cardio today, 30 minutes on the elliptical at 8 resistance and 30 minutes jogging on the treadmill directly after at 5.5 speed, 0 incline. Tennis Elbow/Forearm Strain

I feel a tiny bit of pain when I flex my left forearm and when I twist it. I'm pretty sure its from doing pullups (Palms facing away). And advice on how I should take care of it? Do I have to rest it and if so for how long? Or is this something to just work through?
