Hi all, Something is going wrong, because i lost 1,5 kilograms of fat, but also 0,5 kilograms of fat free mass Am I eating not enough? Maint = 3400 kcal and I am om 3200 kcal, and do cardio 3x a week, for around 250 kcal extra. Apart from that I work out every day, split schedule.
