Do i eat my carbs back after cardio?

hello, im wondering if i only eat my carbs back from the cardio i did? (im cuttingly cutting, 7 weeks in) i did 30 mins and burned 300 cals, so would i just subtract 300 cals of carbs or would i subtract 300 cals worth of all my macros (P,F,C)? Thanks!
