Running and Lifting on same day?

Hi, So I've been going strong on my diet eating around 1200-1600 cals a day on BMR of 2400, I'm starting to eat around 180 grams of protein a day and lift monday-through friday. I was just wondering if I'd still burn fat and gain muscle if I did cardio a few hours after I weight lifted. Thanks.

Cool Fat loss estimates, need help.

Hey, currently I am around 14% BF, 170 LB. For fat loss what is a good deficit amount? I've read anywhere from 250, 500, and even 1000. I'm looking to take off fat a bit faster but still maintain muscle. My BMR is 1633, and my TDEE is around 2500-3000, the lesser being off days.
