Double in at 11% body fat?

I’m pretty sure I have a genetic double chin, and my side profile looks gross when I look down. I just checked and I’m at 11% BF. Is there a chance that bring down my body fat even more could get rid of the excess fat in my neck or am I stuck with this double chin? I’m 17 if that helps Thanks
