In a 600-700 kcal deficit, not losing weight?

Hey guys. I am currently on a cut, trying to go down from 187 to 174 lbs. My TDEE is 2600-2700 ish. I am currently eating around 1900-2000 kcal. But why is my weight still the same, 1 week after i started? Can it be that I started on a very high deficit?

Fat burner at the end of cut or from the 1st day

Would it be more beneficial to use a fat burner near the end of the cut, when a fat-loss plateau is reached or can I use it from the beginning without getting used to it, thus decreasing its effectiveness?
