Bad or good thing?

I stepped on the scale this morning and I was down 5 pounds since the last time I checked, which was two days ago. I've been eating 1,500 calories a day (down from eating whatever I wanted + drinking sweet tea normally). It seems unhealthy that I lost all that weight in just a couple days.
