What is the best body fat percentage to start lean bulking? Been thinking about this as I move closer towards my goal weight. Is 12% usually good? Then add 100-200 calories or maintenance oscillating between 12-15% body fat with lean bulls and mini cuts?

Question 3 percent body fat??

Hey guys, just got this test and do not think there’s any way that it’s accurate..... 6’1 157 lbs and 3 percent body fat it says. Also has my body fat mass at 4.6 lbs. Here is a picture of the results. I think I’m single digit but no way 3 percent.
