Motivation!

My english is not very good! Sorry about that! I would like to know how are you keeping you motivation during your weight loss journey. I have lost 30 pounds since July 1st (251 to 220 lbs) but now, I don’t have the motivation to continue! Thanks for your help!

Best way to cut for me? (Advice)

I'm 6 foot and 205 and I bench 225 for 2 and squat 400 pounds. I want to lean out my bulky legs and get as cut as I can as fast I can. I'm probably around 16% body fat. I don't care the regimen or difficulty I just want the advice how I can cut as much fat by Christmas. Pleasez

Waist Fat loss

So I'm 182 cm 90 Kg I have fat only in waist area, I lost around 16kg in past 3 months or so in a steady pace from 106 KG. I'm 19. So my question is this, is it safe to lose around 10 kg or 20-22 or more pounds in 2 months without having skin issues. And some methods for doing so effectivly....

Cutting whilst Ill

When you gain fat, will you regain it in the stubborn places first?

I am in the process of deciding to do a bulk or a cut because I am kind of getting too scrawny, but I want to lose it in the stubborn spots so I can do a lean bulk and stay relatively lean throughout the year.
