Eating under protein macro one day then compensating the next effect muslce gowth?

Say my daily protein requirement is 170 grams to build or maintain muscle. But on Monday I only consume 130 grams but then on Tuesday I consume 210 grams to make up for it. Does this negatively effect muscle growth? Or is this fine to do?
