Are you supposed to eat less on rest days?

My TDEE calculator says my TDEE is 3000 if I do 'moderate exercise' (Lifting 3 x per week/ 3 mile run on the other 2 days). So I'm left with 2 rest days. On the days I rest, Wouldn't I be 'sedentary' for that day? so shouldn't I be eating at like 1500? Heres the usual go: Monday: 2500 cal ...
