I plan to cut differently will I lose muscle mass this way?

I plan to bulk to 230ish and when I cut I plan on intermittent fasting eating 1-3 meals a day in a 4-8 hour window. Will eating like this lose a lot of muscle mass compared to traditional cutting after a long bulk?

Can you still cut to 10% BF with low t?

Hello I unfortunately found out recently that I have low T and that I should begin TRT. I'm just wondering if it is possible to still cut to 10% BF and get a six pack with low T? I don't know if I should continue working out and cutting if my efforts won't be rewarded if that makes sense?

Dropping sub 10

My question is once you get to a caloric deficit around 1800 cals (myself) and Ive hit a plateau around 160lbs~10%. How are some of these shredded guys getting that low in bf%ages? Is there a trick to keep cutting without dropping your cals to rock bottom numbers?
