I need help re-motivating myself.

gained 6.6 (3kg) in a week (HELP PLEASE)

I weighed 72.8 last week and ive been eating mostly on maintenance calories and if not under, I've only eaten above maintenance for a day but that's +300 above maintenance calories or so did I gain fat mostly or waterweight? How long does it take for me to lose that 6.6 pounds again?

Doesnt make sense to me

To put on muscle you need to be in a calorie surplus right? No exceptions? But if you're in a surplus, you'll put on fat. So how is it you have these people who have huge muscles and like no fat whatsoever? They would of had to been in a surplus to get that huge right? So why aren't they fat?
