Unhappy Loose skin or just fat? [Pics Included]

So I've been cutting for a little over 4 months now and I'm seeing great results. My physique looks pretty lean and tight, for the most part, when I'm standing straight. However, when I bend over my tummy forms these unattractive ripples. Not sure if it's loose skin or a final layer of fat. I...

Question Is cutting in lockdown a bad idea?

I was thinking of going on a cut get a little leaner before the gyms reopen whenever that will be so I can go into a “lean bulk” when they’re open however is it risky to cut atm seeing as I have 0 equipment apart from a rucksack and a band, will I lose more muscle mass with the lack of equipment?

Eating below TDEE but not losing weight

Hey everyone, I'm 24 y/o, 6'0, and weigh 180 lbs. I go to the gym 5 days/week and follow a workout plan. I typically do cardio for 15 mins each day. Besides the 90 mins I spend at the gym, the rest of the day is pretty sedentary. I recently had my body fat measured and it was found to be 24%...

Question How much weight can I lose in a year as an obese person?

I currently weigh 144.5kgs/319 pounds and one my new years resolutions is to lose weight. I am wondering what is the recommended and most likely amount of weight I will lose in a year if I stay consistent with dieting and keeping a 500 calorie deficit? Could I go from 144.5kg to under 80kg?
