From what I've been reading in this forum for the past several years---and it's getting worse, not better---most posters here are, for some reason, missing the basics of fat loss, and instead, are looking for some magic bullet, or worse, putting their faith in some TV or youtube guru, or some...

At what bodyfat is a 500 cal deficit too big?

I'm sure absolute weight and fat content also matters. Asking because I remember from reading last year that the deficit needs to shrink because you literally have less fat stores to draw from as you slim down. 500 deficit is probably still good to 10% right? So somewhere in the single digits it...

Does eating before you sleep make you gain weight?

I usually eat it one meal (1500 calories) at night time before I go to bed. I have found that coffee for me is a great appetite suppressor so I drink it every morning and it makes me last through the morning and afternoon before getting in my big meal at night time. I am wondering if this will make...
