Trying to Lose Skinny-Fat but Stuck After Two Weeks, I Need Help

When counting daily grams of protein, do you include the small amounts of protein that are in foods such as breads, tortillas, pasta, condiments etc? Is this source of protein just as viable as your main high protein foods like beef, chicken, cheese etc?
