Question Lean Body Mass Composition

Anyone have have loose skin tighten natural over the month/year?

Lean bulking by adjusting the daily intake based on calories?

I like doing cardio on my gym days, I find 400 calories worth of cycling is like taking a preworkout mentally. So if I want to lean bulk, and my maintenance as a sedentary person is 2,400 cal, can I do 2,400 + 250 (surplus) = 2,650 on rest days? And then on cardio/workout days: 2,400 + 400...
